WASTE WATER TREATMENT

Waste water treatment systems separate and neutralize organic contaminants in wastewater to comply with national and international legislation. Our offering includes biological and electrolytic wastewater treatment plants that refine black and gray water, as well as grease separators to separate grease from kitchen and galley wastewater.

Our advanced membrane bioreactors (MBRs) and moving bed biofilm reactors (MBBRs) are biological sewage treatment plants. MBBRs are mainly suitable for apartment, restaurants,Dairy farms, food processing units etc while MBRs are suitable for hospital and building facilities etc. Both our MBBRs and MBRs include nutrient removal.

Our electrolytic wastewater treatment plants are especially suitable for high BOD/COD waste water treatment applications like food processing units, borma, dying industries etc

MBR Plant- Membrane Bio Reactor

Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) is a combination of a membrane process such as microfiltration or ultra filtration with the activated sludge process, which result in achieving significantly low organic constituents in treated wastewater. The membrane bioreactor technology has gained wide acceptance as new technology for wastewater treatment systems. MBR has many advantages like superior product water quality and a smaller space required for installation and easier operation compared to activated sludge process (ASP). The sludge yield in MBR process is very low. The quality of effluent in MBR is superior to conventional ASP effluent. The effluent from MBR can be reused for industrial applications after RO (Reverse Osmosis) Treatment. MBRs can operate at much higher MLSS (Mixed Liquor Suspended Solids) compared to conventional ASP, resulting in a faster biological reaction and high organic load decomposition in a shorter time or in smaller space. Additionally, as an MBR system operates at a higher MLSS, the sludge yield is quite low, which results in saving in operational cost of the system.

MBR Advantages

  • Proven technology with very low sludge production
  • Extremely low running costs and minimal energy consumption
  • Membrane has an expected lifetime of over 10 years and is resistant to clogging and fouling
  • Compact footprint
  • No continual chemical consumption
  • Disinfection and dilution water are not required
  • Available also with combined vacuum creation for toilet system
  • Fully automated and easy to operate with MLSS- and pH-sensors
  • Easily customized for your preference
  • Option to connect directly to inlet line (no holding tank needed)
  • Nutrient removal available as an option

MBBR Plant- Moving Bed Bio Reactor

The MBBR is a highly effective biological treatment process based on a combination of conventional activated sludge process and biofilm media. The MBBR process utilizes floating High Capacity MBBR media within the aeration tanks. The microorganisms consume organic material. The media provides increased surface area for the biological microorganisms to attach and grow. The increased surface area reduces the footprint of the tanks required to treat the wastewater. The treatment process can be aerobic and/or anaerobic and operates at high volume loads.

MBBR Advantages

  • Small Size
  • Increased treatment capacity
  • Complete solids removal
  • Improved settling characteristics
  • Operation at higher suspended biomass
  • Concentrations resulting in long sludge retention times
  • Enhanced process stability
  • Reduced sludge production and no problems with sludge bulking

SBR Plant-Sequencing Batch Reactor

A sequencing batch reactor is a fill-and-draw activated sludge system for wastewater treatment. Oxygen is bubbled through the wastewater to reduce biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) and chemical oxygen demand (COD), producing a high-quality effluent with a low turbidity and nitrogen levels capable of meeting effluent quality standards. The SBR accomplishes equalization, aeration, and clarification in a timed sequence in a single reactor basin. By varying the operating strategy; aerobic, anaerobic, or anoxic conditions can be achieved to encourage the growth of desirable micro-organisims.

Electro-Coagulation Effluent Treatment System

The Electrocoagulation system is to connect the plate of the multi-group parallel to the direct current, the electric field between the plates to make the water to be processed into the gap plate. At this time the plate will electrify electrochemical reaction, dissolution of Al3 + or Fe2 + plasma and hydrolysis in the water and flocculation reaction occurred in the process, while the electric float, REDOX and other effects, the role of these results, the water dissolved Sexual, colloidal and suspended contaminants are effectively converted and removed.

Applications

For the high concentration of suspended solids wastewater and high concentrations of organic wastewater treatment, Oilfield wastewater, electroplating wastewater, metal surface treatment wastewater,Electronic industry chemical mechanical polishing waste water Landfill leachate, leather manufacturing wastewater,  Dyeing wastewater, phenol-containing wastewater

Ultra Filtration Sytem

In wastewater treatment, ultra-filtration (UF) are used to recycle and reuse water that contains virtually no physical solids.
Ultra-filtration (UF) is a variety of membrane filtration in which forces like pressure or concentration gradients lead to a separation through a semipermeable membrane. Suspended solids and solutes of high molecular weight are retained in the so-called retentate, while water and low molecular weight solutes pass through the membrane in the permeate.

Dissolved Air Flotation

Dissolved air flotation (DAF) is a water treatment process that clarifies wastewater by removing suspended solids. The removal is achieved by dissolving air in the water or wastewater under pressure and then releasing the air at atmospheric pressure in a flotation tank. The released air forms tiny bubbles which adhere to the suspended matter causing the suspended matter to float to the surface of the water where it is then removed by a skimming device. Chemicals can be added to the feed water to improve solids removal.

BENEFITS

High separation and sludge thickening efficiency.
High air dissolving rate (>90%) .
Reduced energy and chemicals consumption.
Simplified and easy installation.
Optional fully automatic operation.

RO Plant

We offer comprehensive range of RO plant and we design the plant as per customer requirement and we can design recovery upto 70% as per raw water and customer specification

Reverse Osmosis (RO) uses a specialized membrane material that is selective about what it allows to pass through, and what it prevents from passing. The RO membranes pass water very easily because water has a small molecular size, but membranes stop many other contaminants from passing through. Only water and small non-ionized (or non-charged) molecules are allowed to pass through. RO has become very popular for water purification applications due to its ability to remove both suspended and dissolved impurities. Reverse Osmosis systems can be found today in a wide range of facilities: restaurants, hospitals, hotels, resorts, food industries manufacturing facilities.

Our Reverse Osmosis plants are comprises of Mild Steel /SS / FRP Pressure Vessel, frontal piping wok with manual / automatic multi port valve butterfly valve / conventional valves for easy operation and control. Available from 250 Liters/hr. to 40,000 Liters / hr.

WATER TREATMENT PLANT

Water treatment is any process that improves the quality of water to make it more acceptable for a specific end-use. The end use may be drinking, industrial water supply, irrigation etc

The most common types of water treatment systems consist of:

  • Filtration Systems

A water filter is a device which removes impurities from water by means of a physical barrier, chemical, and/or biological process.

  • Water Softeners

A water softener is a device that reduces the hardness of the water. A water softener typically uses sodium or potassium ions to replace calcium and magnesium ions, the ions that create “hardness.”

  • Distillation Systems

Distillation is a process in which impure water is boiled and the steam is collected and condensed in a separate container, leaving many of the solid contaminants behind.

  • Disinfection

Disinfection is a physical or chemical process in which pathogenic microorganisms are deactivated or killed. Examples of chemical disinfectants are chlorine, chlorine dioxide, and ozone. Examples of physical disinfectants include ultraviolet light, electronic radiation, and heat.
